I graduated from Curtin University with double degree in Health Science and Commerce, with majors in Psychology, Human Resources, and Industrial Relations. I hold over a decade of experience in Human Resources and employer branding. Having started my career as an HR Assistant within a small manufacturing business, I’ve progressed into senior HR roles such as Head of Human Resources and General Manager Human Resources, working alongside executive teams across complex and large-scale operations in the mining and offshore industries.

My experience spans small, medium, and large organisations across a range of industries, including not-for-profit, mining, offshore, marine, manufacturing, and engineering. I’ve worked within ASX-listed, internationally listed, and privately owned businesses, which has given me a broad and practical understanding of different operating environments.

Throughout my career, I’ve supported organisations through growth, change, and transformation. This has included involvement in areas such as organisational change, system implementation, mergers and acquisitions, and workforce planning, alongside day-to-day HR operations.

I’ve worked both as a standalone HR practitioner and leading larger teams, partnering with leaders at all levels to navigate people-related challenges. I take a practical and commercially focused approach, with an emphasis on building strong relationships, supporting positive workplace cultures, and finding solutions that work in the real world.
